Shattered Equilibrium
The pleasant feeling is gone, All that is left is doubt, All I feel is mistrust, All I think
about is what you have done. I know you say that you are sorry, But I learned the hard way sorry just a word, Its
use is abused, And when you say it, it proves just that.
I am disappointed in you, I tell myself you looked for
that, But deep down I know better, You had a choice and you made it.
I uncompromising equilibrium has be shattered, I
quietly pick up the pieces.

Questions
I am sitting here at my desk,
Staring around the room looking for answers,
Questions plage my mind,
I start to doubt myself.
What is happening to me?
What is happening all around me?
Why is all this happening?

The Fallen
Standing on the water's edge, Cool evening breeze rushing by, Embracing my every being as I stare. Stare
as the wind gently brushes the lake. Its surface gently ripples with the air, The waters slowly flowing below me. I
close my eyes and listen to the voices The pool rushes by as I stand in solitude, Breathing in the twilight. The
sky is streaked with hues of pink, and pale orange as the lake shows. Without lifting my head to the heavens I count
the stars as they appear. Still listening to the voices calling From deep beneath the waters. My gaze is fixed on
the darkness beneath As my soul is being beckoned beyond. The cries increased as a hand summons Mine to grasp. I
reach out. Open arms. To join the fallen.
